Field types
The app provides 10 different field types for you to build your form
First Name
Allow users to type in their first name. The name can be used to add a new Shopify customer. You can add the field label, description, placeholder and choose if you want the field is required.
Last name
Allow users to type in their last name. The name can be added to the last name of the Shopify customer. You can add the field label, description, placeholder and choose if you want the field is required.
